What do we do and who we are
MTB Skills Training
Guided Rides
From the basics of cycling, riding trail centres and bike parks to competing in national level racing, we can cover it all. We provide sessions planned by us or you can choose a completely bespoke session based on the goal you wish to achieve.
We provide a fully planned, resourced and guided experience. We operate our rides in the Yorkshire Dales, Northumberland and the Scottish borders. All skill levels can be catered for, let us know what you want and we will provide it!
Navigation Training
At IBH our instructors are fortunate to have significant navigation experience in all conditions, both night and day. We cover basic, intermediate, advanced navigation and basic and advanced GPS training.
Shop
Mountain biking can be a expensive experience and navigating the huge amount of bikes and accessories can be daunting. We provide advice on many aspects and provide a range of hand picked items we think are worth their weight in gold. Brands we stock include Rock Shox, SRAM, Continental, Giro and Evoc.
